The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) announced on Thursday that the competent authority has chosen to reopen the choice filling for the NEET UG Round-I Counselling 2024 on August 22 till 11:59 pm, in response to representations from various stakeholders. Choice locking will begin on August 22, 2024, at 8:00 p.m.
“In response to the representations from ESIC, OCI, and state counseling authorities, it is hereby announced that the competent authority has chosen to reopen the choice filling for UG Counseling 2024’s Round I from 4:00 PM on August 22, 2024, until 11:59 PM on the same day.” Choice locking will begin on August 22, 2024, at 8:00 PM, according to the letter.
After their options are unlocked, candidates can go into their accounts and make changes as needed.
It is noteworthy that the MCC was supposed to finish the seat allocation procedure for NEET UG 2024 Round 1 counseling today, August 22, and that the results were supposed to be announced on Friday, August 23.
