Notification of AFCAT 1 On November 21, 2024, a job journal published a list of 336 openings for the Flying Branch and Ground Duty branches for 2025. The link to the online form will be available at www.afcat.cdac.in from December 2 to December 31, 2024.
In order to fill the positions of Class-I Gazetted Officers Branch and Ground Duty (Non-Technical and Technical) branches with qualified applicants, the Indian Air Force (IAF) has published the AFCAT Notification 2025. On December 2, 2024, the AFCAT 1/2025 online registration procedure will open at www.afcat.cdac.in, the official website.

2025 AFCAT 1 Online Application Form
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the AFCAT 1 Exam 2025 can access the online application form starting from December 2, 2024.
The application window will remain open until December 31, 2024. Eligible candidates who wish to apply for positions in the Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branch and Flying Branch must ensure they complete the registration process before the closing date.

AFCAT 2025 Qualifications and Requirements Educational Requirements
- Flying Branch & Ground Duty (Non-Technical):
The applicant must have completed a three-year graduation program or a BE/BTech program with at least 60% from an accredited university, and have obtained at least 50% in both Mathematics and Physics at the 10+2 level. - Ground Duty (Technical):
Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) (AE(L)): The applicant must have graduated or post-graduated in the engineering and technology discipline from an accredited university with at least 60% in both Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level.
Age Limit
- Flying Branch: The age of the candidate must be between 20 to 24 years. The candidate must have been born between 02/01/2002 and 01/01/2006.
- Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical): The age of the candidate must be between 20 to 26 years. The candidate must have been born between 02/01/2000 and 01/01/2006.
Other Requirements
- Marital Status: Candidates must be unmarried at the time of commencement of the course. Marriage is not permitted during training.
- Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India as per the Indian Citizenship Act, 1955.
